Adam Rae


has not been to the moon, or received a Nobel peace prize. Nor has he sailed solo across any large body of water. However, Adam has had the privilege of being involved is some award winning teams in his personal and professional life. Most of this work has been conducted while sharing a great meal at a “little known local spot!” Adam believes sharing food is one of the most personally insightful things you can do. A good meal, with good people, and an unending amount of time, is the perfect place to be.  

He is a loving father of three children, husband, and teammate to Kristi Rae. Adam and his family reside in Colorado Springs, Colorado where they enjoy being involved in their church community, hiking, and playing in all the beautiful outdoor spots Colorado has to offer. He graduated from Belmont University and has spent most of his career in Real Estate. He has specialized in Residential Real Estate Acquisitions Management. Building teams and systems of people to market, negotiate, and source properties for value add opportunities in the Single-Family and Multi-Family markets. This has allowed lenders, investors, and partners to access quality investment projects with fixed passive returns. In 2017 Adam’s team had grown to be the largest Wholesale Acquisitions Real Estate Investment Firm in Southern Colorado, coordinating the sourcing and deployment of over $9,000,000 into the market over 12 months. At the end of each day, Adam believes deeply in community, teamwork, and unending collaboration to bring meaning and joy to the world through all his experiences both personal and professionally.  Travis Cotter has been involved in real estate since 2007, and has an extensive background in residential and commercial real estate investments, with a primary focus in site development and multifamily assets. Travis is jokingly known as “the deal killer” by his peers as his extensive underwriting techniques often uncover expenses and costs to a project often not disclosed. This process keeps his projects and his investors in a place of safety and stability. Travis values relationships in his business dealings and believes we can go fast alone, but far together.  Travis is married to his wife Stacey with their beautiful daughter Shay. They enjoy hiking, surfing, beach days, and working with dogs in Stacey’s dog training business. As a Managing Partner in one of NJ’s largest investment firms, he has done over $50 million in transactions, as well as executed on several subdivisions in 2018 that totaled in over 100 single family homes throughout NJ.  Travis’ company was invited to join the Forbes NY business council, an invitation-only community of topflight companies and executives.  


Steven Libman


 Steven Libman graduated from Boston University in 2004 and has spent over 10 years in Real Estate, first as a Broker for several years, then as an investor. Steven endeavors to partner with growth oriented, like minded partners and investors to assist them in achieving their goals of passive income and generational wealth creation.   Steven is one of the Managing Partners of a residential investment firm based in NJ, which has become one of the largest private investment companies in the state, doing over $50 million in transactions, and over 150 deals a year. Steven and his bride Grace were married in 2007, and delight in their 2 daughters Cadence and Harper. Steven is an active member and sits on the board at their church, sits on the Rutgers advisory board on design thinking, and has been published in Forbes multiple times this year.
